Open tray pad printer is best to assembled with thick plate for printing, if any one hope to try thin plate, it is necessary to build in magnet in the base plate on the pad printing machine to make sure the plate won’t move during the printing process.

And the place to stock the plate with coating layer and the pads are also greatly effected by the temperature. If the workshop is always hot , it is suggested to open the air conditioner to maintain the inner temperature at less than 25 degree.
We understand that to maintain a proper climate maybe out of your control. In that case, it is necessary to cater to the climate by implementing strategic adjustments within your parameters and ink formulation. For example, a hot or humid may require the use of less solvent in your ink or to increase delay times. If it’s cold and dry, you may need to use more thinner, a retarder and/or decrease delay times. Anyway, practise makes perfect, and experience produce knowledge.
