Besides, we are also professional in the pad printing plate making technology, we design and manufacture the plate making machines including the coating machine, UV exposure unit and the steel plate etching machine, moreover, we have developed Aluminum plate which is able to be engraved by fiber laser machine.

Etched plate logo depth will be tested by our own designed depth tester.
High quality acrylic material for pad mold production.
Plate Making Capability
Engyprint understand the whole chemical etching process and have designed our own chemical etching machine.
We can guide client to build their own plate making workshop and master the etching technology.
After hundreds of times test and trial, we finally developed our own Aluminum plate which is able to be engraved by fiber laser machine.
Both fiber laser machine and aluminum plate can be provided to solve the plate making troubles.
